Is it just me or is reading a lost form of relaxation and entertainment? Admittedly, I used to read a lot, but now I find myself turning more to a streaming platform of some kind for entertainment. Now and again, I find myself bored with that and I end up picking up a book, then I wonder why I don’t do it more often! I genuinely love getting lost in a good book. There’s nothing quite like getting pulled into a good story and creating the visual scenes yourself and what you picture the characters to look like. So, why don’t I do it more often?

Reading really is a super easy and enjoyable way to give your mental well-being a little boost.
